Fluffy and cheddary gluten free Red Lobster cheddar bay biscuits are made healthy with almond flour and no sugar or gums. Pillowy soft biscuits are loaded with cheddar flavor and compliment any meal.

This is embarrassing to admit, but I've never been to Red Lobster. I did have the boxed cheddar bay biscuits growing up, but never in the restaurant. Now as a health conscious adult, I don't eat out much and do almost all of my meals from scratch, at home.

However, I do remember how much I looked forward to those boxed cheddar bay biscuits, and they make a easy side. I really wanted my kids to have the same experience, even with my daughter being gluten free. So I whipped up a batch of these gluten free Red Lobster cheddar bay biscuits for them and let's say they had a hard time stopping at one biscuit.

How to Make Gluten Free Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits

    Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a stand mixer or mixing bowl, mix together the almond flour, salt, garlic powder, baking soda, and baking powder.

Next, add in the butter and mix until combined. This step will be easier if you have a stand mixer. If you don't have a stand mixer, you can use a fork to mash the butter.

Finally, add in the milk, eggs, and shredded cheese and mix until combined.
