  • Preheat the oven to 300°F.
  • Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a stand mixer or mixing bowl, add the almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt and mix together.
  • Next, add the mashed bananas, coconut oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and honey. Mix until well combined.
  • Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan. Spoon half of the melted chocolate on top and then fold the chocolate into the batter. Repeat this step with the remaining batter and melted chocolate.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and place in the oven to bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  • Once fully baked, remove from the oven and enjoy while its warm.
