Ingredients

  • 2 cups raw milk (can substitute with pasteurized)
  • 1 cup raw cream (can substitute with pasteurized)
  • 2-3 tablespoon raw honey
  • ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2-3 cups frozen spinach
  • 2 tbsps collagen powder (optional)
  • 2+ pasture raised raw egg yolks (optional)

Instructions

  • This is a very simple recipe. Just add the cream, milk, egg yolks, honey, vanilla and peppermint extracts to the blender first.
  • Then add the collagen powder followed by the frozen spinach and frozen banana.
  • Blend until creamy and serve with freshly whipped cream. Enjoy!
