Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork (can substitute with ground turkey)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger minced
  • 2-3 tablespoon chili paste (I use a fermented chili paste)
  • cup coconut aminos
  • cup rice vinegar
  • 1 medium carrot shredded
  • ½ head cabbage shredded
  • 2 green onion chopped
  • 2-3 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  • In a skillet on medium heat, sauté the ground meat until browned.
  • Add in the chili paste, coconut aminos, and rice vinegar and mix to flavor the meat.
  • Stir in the cabbage and carrot and cook until softened.
  • Serve into bowls and top with green onion and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
