- 1 lb ground pork (can substitute with ground turkey)
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger minced
- 2-3 tablespoon chili paste (I use a fermented chili paste)
- ⅓ cup coconut aminos
- ⅛ cup rice vinegar
- 1 medium carrot shredded
- ½ head cabbage shredded
- 2 green onion chopped
- 2-3 tablespoon sesame seeds
In a skillet on medium heat, sauté the ground meat until browned.
Add in the chili paste, coconut aminos, and rice vinegar and mix to flavor the meat.
Stir in the cabbage and carrot and cook until softened.
Serve into bowls and top with green onion and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
