Put all of your ingredients into the crockpot except for the salt. Start with the ground beef and veggies, then pour the sauces and paprika on top.
Put the lid on the crockpot and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 3 hours.
Once the beef is thoroughly cooked, break up the ground beef. Then taste the sauce and add salt as needed.
Ladle the saucy meat onto warm buns (I prefer pretzel buns). Sloppy joes taste great with pickles and kettle cooked potato chips.
